Dear Members,

Each day, as I walk up from the lower parking lot, I pause to observe the progress of construction. Today, I was thrilled to see windows installed on Level 2, the future home of our new restaurant. This milestone brings us closer to fully enclosing the building, which means we’ll soon shift our focus to preparing the interior spaces.

We are excited to share the latest updates on Phase II of Renew ‘22, as we continue to make steady progress. The project remains both on time and on budget, and we are pleased to report that several key milestones have been reached.
